The scheme had an extant consent for 55 units but this had never been implemented due to complex land ownership reasons.

GAA Design were tasked with leading the team to get the S106 appealed and were successful in reducing the Social Housing allocation for 40% to 11%. The client then acquired the neighbouring site, and GAA Design gained consent for a further 24 units for the scheme. The scheme is now nearing completion on site for the 79 units.
