Project Summary

At 375 Bath Road, Slough, entails the construction of an eight-storey apartment block. This development encompasses a total of 91 apartments, with 18 of them designated as affordable housing units, in line with our commitment to the community. As part of this endeavour, the developer will also contribute £300,000 under s106 agreements to support local infrastructure and services.

The project will provide ample parking facilities with 52 spaces, of which 30% will be active EV charging stations, promoting eco-friendly transportation. Moreover, we are creating 92 cycle parking spaces, aligning with our sustainable transport philosophy.

Regeneration

Notably, this development marks a significant milestone as the first residential scheme approved in this redevelopment zone, heralding the beginning of a transformative regeneration process in the area.

Great facilities

Shared facilities and services available to residents across all tiers of the development. This allows for fantastic spaces where residents can come together and socialise, host events that unite everyone, engage in invigorating workouts, or simply find tranquillity in these spaces.

Results & impact

We don’t just talk about impact — we prove it. Our approach consistently delivers measurable results, from saving time and reducing costs to improving long-term outcomes. Backed by real data and client success stories, this is where you can see the value we bring in action.
