Project Summary
We’re excited to announce our recent successes on Lansdowne Avenue, where GAA Design has been appointed for two major schemes located opposite each other. On the eastern site, we secured planning consent for a 33-apartment development, with construction set to begin in 2024—a reflection of our team’s commitment and expertise.
Our achievements there led the client on the western site to engage us for their own project. Following positive discussions with the local authority, we’ve now submitted a planning application, highlighting the growing recognition of GAA Design’s skill and dedication.
Streetscene
