GAA Design were presented with a series of constraints for the site, the most challenging being the retention of the existing plant on the first floor, which belonged to the ground floor tenant, Iceland.
- Several schemes had been considered by the planners and had failed to convince the Local Authority that a scheme was achievable. GAA Design liaised closely with the planners and the environmental health officers to come up with a larger scheme and overcome the constraints and achieve a consent for 14 apartments. The scheme is due to go to site in the third quarter of 2018.
