Carmen Sala


Following achieving a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Carmen gained experience within companies of different sectors (architecture firms, construction, and civil engineering companies) in the UK and Europe, in sectors across residential, commercial, offices and engineering projects. Carmen joined GAA Design in 2017, where she developed expertise in large scale residential schemes and used her skills in management and organisation and her knowledge in defining project scope and analysis. She has extensive experience in coordination to deliver schemes compliant with planning requirements and building regulations. She has worked with Camden, Croydon, Ealing, Greenwich, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Kinston upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham. Merton, Southwark, Wandsworth, Westminster boroughs and Slough, South Bucks, RBWM and Dover. Carmen’s favourite building is Le Corbusier’s Ronchamp Chapel ‘Notre Dame du Haut.’
