GAA Design are delighted to have been appointed by the contractor, 4 Square Site Services Ltd to procure the development of 

 3 VIVEASH CLOSE HAYES for their client “Mackenzie Homes”.

The scheme is for the redevelopment of the current site is to erect a part 10 storey and part 11 storey residential led development comprising of 127 flats with associated access (including Public Access Improvements) and landscaping works following demolition of existing light industrial building. The site lies adjacent to the Former Nestle Factory Masterplan site, which is under construction, and the delivery of this site will allow further connectivity with the overall masterplan of the area and in particular the links to Hayes and Harlington Station to the north.  4 Square Site Services Ltd chose to use GAA Design following on from their long-standing successful relationships on previous sites, notably the delivery of 119 units at Vanburg Court in Slough and the ongoing schemes that are being delivered for Clarion Housing in Hounslow. We look forward to working with the team at Patrick Parsons, CPW and Cundall’s to design the scheme along with working with both Slough Borough Council and Hillingdon Council via a cross border Building Control application to deliver the scheme for the developer. Work is due to commence during 2024 on site.
