The project in question involved the construction of a new building within an environment already surrounded by existing buildings. GAA Design demonstrated remarkable expertise and meticulous planning in the design of this scheme, ensuring that it could be successfully integrated into this complex urban landscape. Collaborating closely with SFS Ltd, GAA Design devised an innovative solution that allowed the new structure to be erected without obstructing or inconveniencing existing residents' access to their car park. This thoughtful approach not only minimized disruptions but also showcased their commitment to harmoniously coexisting within the established community.

One notable achievement of GAA Design was their leadership in guiding the project team towards achieving a coveted A rating for the EWS 1 (External Wall System) certificate. This certification is essential for building safety and compliance, particularly in the wake of heightened scrutiny following fire safety concerns in many residential developments. Despite encountering several challenges throughout the project's lifecycle, GAA Design's proactive and solution-oriented approach, coupled with a receptive contractor, enabled them to overcome each obstacle.
