When the developer initially engaged GAA Design, they had a compelling challenge on their hands: to reevaluate an existing planning consent for a site that had been previously approved for the construction of 20 units. The original scheme had been meticulously crafted within the tight constraints imposed by the presence of an existing railway to the west of the site. However, there was a new twist to the project—the client had successfully negotiated the acquisition of this western portion of land adjacent to the railway. This acquisition opened up exciting opportunities for enhancing the approved scheme.

GAA Design, renowned for their innovative design thinking, embarked on a comprehensive review of the existing consent, taking into account the newly acquired land. This marked the beginning of an intricate design process aimed at optimizing the site's potential while adhering to regulatory and safety considerations.
