The site originally possessed an existing approval for the construction of a 48-bed hotel. Nevertheless, the client's aspirations went beyond the initial plan, aiming to maximise the potential value of the property.

Subsequently, the project evolved into a vision encompassing a 108-bed hotel, a significant expansion from the original concept. This transformation necessitated a meticulous and expert approach to overcome several multifaceted challenges, particularly pertaining to height, design, and traffic considerations.

Addressing the height issue required a careful balance between maximising the available space while adhering to local regulations and ensuring the overall aesthetics of the hotel remained appealing. The design aspect demanded innovative thinking to create a harmonious and visually pleasing structure that seamlessly integrated with the surrounding environment, all while accommodating the increased capacity.
